Toto founded T-Bar International in 2000 after nearly 20 years as a mainframe computer operator. His main goal was to provide his customers a way to ship goods back to their loved ones without them having to worry about a thing. Born and raised in Mulanay, Quezon, Toto has always had a special place in his heart for his hometown and wanted a personalized way to ship to his own friends and family.

Toto's happy nature and smile has made him very popular with our clients, and often times he will be the one to greet you at your pick-up.
